Presence-Based Coach Training
Presence-Based Leadership Development® offers training and coach certification for all levels of coaching professionals as well as leaders committed to purposeful and meaningful action. Each of these offerings will simultaneously support your personal development and professional effectiveness.
Our coach training curriculum is designed to offer robust Presence-Based Coach training, grounded in an inclusive model of human development. The program develops coaches who are deeply committed to their own learning and development, to an inquiry-centered approach to coaching, to cultivating mindfulness and awareness in themselves and their clients, and to placing themselves in service to the growth and development of effective and compassionate leaders.
This curriculum is for discerning individuals who are seeking a top notch development experience with a small group in a face-to-face setting. The core of the training is delivered in three and four day residential retreats at a beautiful retreat center in Asheville, NC. Additional reading, self-observations, telephone conferences, and observed audio reviews complete the coursework.
Designed for committed learners at any level of experience, we certify coaches who meet our rigorous standards, and our curriculum is approved by the International Coach Federation for initial certification or renewal at any level.
