I thought I was signing up to hone my coaching skills when I first committed to working with Doug in Presence Based Coaching. In the process I came to begin to discover my true self and thus began a fruitful journey towards becoming not only a more effective coach but also towards becoming a more effective human being; more aware and open to myself and to others as a person.
