Coaching can be thought of as a quest to help the client answer these three key questions: What’s the situation? What do you want? What are you going to do? The power of coaching comes from the expertise that a skilled Investigator brings to probing the themes defined by these questions, as well as from the richness of experience that he or she can offer.

What's New

Doug is now certified as a Somatic Coach with Strozzi Institute, the leading organization integrating somatics into coaching and leadership development.

Our personalized client websites have been a tremendous success…Each client now has a dedicated, secure site for session notes, practices, communication between sessions, files and other uses. Client after client has spoken about the value that this adds, from reviewing Doug’s notes from a session to benchmarking progress over time, to going back to key conversations from earlier.

It’s part of our commitment to our clients that we celebrate and support the development of their own competencies, even when (especially when!) the end result is that they no longer need our services.
