“We are a commitment to evoking Presence-Based Leadership for the sake of an environmentally sustainable, spiritually fulfilling, socially just way of being on this earth.”

This is our new, public declaration of what we stand for. Bold? Yes! Pretentious? Not given the existential nature of our current environmental, social, and economic upheavals.

Navigating this unprecedented territory will require extraordinary leadership from all of us: at home, in our organizations, and in our communities. Our clients operate nuclear power plants and teach six-year-olds; lead universities and banks; express their passion through non-profit environmental work and solo consulting practices; live in Africa, Asia, Australia, Latin America, Europe, and North America.

Whoever you are, whatever you do, you are needed. You are being called to actions that care for others, that respond to the precarious state of our planet’s resources, and that assume meaning through ever-widening circles of concern.

Presence-Based Leadership is about awakening to our context, and discerning our contribution. Making courageous commitments. Taking coherent, skillful, and authentic action. Doing the inner work of self-development. And, building the foundation of Presence, the meta-competency of aliveness, resilience, and creativity.

What is YOUR contribution? And, how might you become more fully alive through declaring it?

Join us. You are needed.
